Taro/Yam cake (yam kuih)

the day before yesterday, means monday..LOLs
was ''helping'' my mom to cook taro cake~
because i'm too free,
so i decided to record down the procedure,
and make it next time?? haha..sounds so impossible
so,
here we go..

1st- get ready all the ingredient...
like
below~

1) fried onion (reserve)
this smell very good..^^
step 2-
omg..the picture are too small!
nevermind..haha
mash the small shrimps with garlic and onions..
step 3-
cut the taro/yam into pieces and fried until brown brown ...
step 4-
making the cake layer.
lazy to explain..LOLs
mix all the thing together with salt, sauce.
step 5-
cook the layer with the fried small shrimps and taro~

make sure you get this after u cooked.
just cook it until it looks like gummy gummy.
flattens it ( as shown as below)
steam about 45 minute..

fried sesame while you're steaming the taro~

fried untill brown as well~

get ready some chili~
Scallion too~

after 45 minute~
ting~
Sprinkle sesame on the top~

add some groundnutflour to make it more delicious~wee
small shrimps again~

chili and scallion~

finished good! *teehee*
